5 Tips to create and maintain healthy skin

1. Choose the right products according to your skin type

2. Wash your face with a cleanser once daily (at night) to remove any debris/ buildup from the day.

3. Moisturize two times a day (morning and night) while your face is damp. This will  lock in the moisture.

Remember this… Water is the moisture your skin needs to maintain hydration. Moisturizer (lotion, creams, oils) locks the moisture in to your skin.  

4. Exfoliate weekly

Exfoliating removes dead skin cells and any dirt buildup. It will even your skins surface and reveal the fresh skin cells underneath. Regularly exfoliating will make your skin appear younger radiant and youthful.

If you have normal, oily or combination skin I recommend you exfoliate once a week

If you have dry skin I recommend you exfoliate twice a week

5. Protect your skin by wearing sunscreen

Too much sun exposure causes skin to wrinkle and age. It’s important that we wear sunscreen if we’re going to be in the sun for long periods of time (regardless of skin color/ethnicity).
